A poet, translator, and Judaic scholar, Dr. Marcia Falk’s recent books include The Book of Blessings: New Jewish Prayers for Daily Life, the Sabbath, and the New Moon Festival (a nonhierarchical, gender-inclusive re-visioning of the liturgy); The Song of Songs: Love Lyrics From the Bible (translated from the Hebrew); The Spectacular Difference: Selected Poems of Zelda (translated from the Hebrew, with introduction and notes); and With Teeth in the Earth: Selected Poems of Malka Heifietz Tussman (translated from the Yiddish, with introduction and notes).
