Susanna is deeply committed to fostering opportunities for citizens to engage with each other and with decision-makers in order to influence policy and governance. She served as Project Coordinator with the Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform, a historic democratic process recently conducted in British Columbia . In her work, Susanna continues to support citizen conversations that directly impact public decisions. A Vancouverite and graduate of Simon Fraser University 's communication program, Susanna was a participant of the school's inaugural undergraduate Semester in Dialogue.
