Rabbi Philip Bentley, ordained at Hebrew Union College (NY), authored one of the first articles on Judaism and the environment along with Dr. David Ehrenfeld-"Judaism and the Practice of Stewardship." In addition to his work on the environment, Rabbi Bentley is involved with the Jewish Peace Fellowship. He currently serves Agudas Israel Congregation in Hendersonville NC.
