Andrea Cohen-Kiener is the director of the InterReligious Eco-Justice Network, a faith based initiative in environmental theology and practice. She is the spiritual leader of Congregation Pnai Or of Central Connecticut. She has degrees in Hebrew Literature, Secondary Education and Pastoral Counseling. Andrea was ordained as a rabbi in July of 2000 by The Alliance for Jewish Renewal. She lectures frequently on issues in congregational worship, Jewish feminism. ecology, communication and spirituality. She is a well-respected teen and family educator and a frequent guest at congregations and retreat centers in New England and throughout the US.
