Paul Kay has spent more than 30 years researching and teaching a variety of topics in climatic variaiblity and its implications, especially for water resources. His studies have taken him to, among other places, Arctic Canada, the U.S. Intermountain West, and Israel. His interests in management of Israeli water resources in the context of climatic uncertainty blend with concern about environmental ethics and Judaic principles underlying sutainability. In addition to his participation with the Jewish Global Environmental Network (sponsored by COEJL), he is a dialogue partner of the Canadian Forum on Environment and Religion.
